We are well into fall and I am all aboard the pumpkin train. This Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam (Starbucks Copycat) tastes EXACTLY like the mouth watering drink you can get at Starbucks, but for a fraction of the cost!
Tis the season for beautiful fall leaves, apple cider donuts, and pumpkin everything!! I absolutely love fall and everything it brings (including the chilly mornings). It’s no secret that I love the seasonal Starbucks drinks, but I am so tired of it draining my bank account. I decided, with the help of my husband, that I would figure out how to make the delicious pumpkin cream cold foam at home to save money. It took a few tries, but I’ve finally figured it out!
This recipe is so easy to make and can be tossed together in an airtight jar in a matter of minutes. It stays in the fridge for a few days so you don’t have to make it every day. Just brew your favorite iced coffee and top with this mouth watering, fluffy cold foam.
In order to get the thick and fluffy consistency of the cold foam we all know and love from Starbucks, you just need to whip the ingredients until the heavy cream starts to thicken. This can be done using a milk frother, blender, hand whisk, or Kitchenaid with whisk attachment. Please note that it may take some additional time to foam if you are hand whisking.
