This quick and easy cake mix cookies recipe comes together literally in a matter of minutes! Simply mix together your favorite store-bought cake mix, a couple eggs and some oil to make theses addicting cookies.
Ingredients
- Funfetti Cake Mix (store bought)
- Large Eggs
- Vegetable Oil
- Mix-ins (optional)
How to Make Them
Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl. Using a cookie scoop, scoop 2″ cookie dough balls onto a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly golden.

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- mix ins of choice optional
Instructions
- Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large mixing bowl
- Scoop 2 inch cookie dough balls onto a cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 9-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden
