I don’t know if I should give credit to my wonderful coworker who shared this recipe with me after years of her bringing it in to potlucks and me asking for the recipe, or if the credit should go to the back of the Knorr Vegetable Dip packet where she originally found the recipe. Either way, this is one of my absolute FAVORITE party dip recipes. It is perfect for get togethers, potlucks, parties, and holidays.

My colleague would bring this delicious, cool and creamy spinach dip in to work for almost every potluck (by request of course) because it is THAT GOOD. After a few years, I finally decided to ask for the recipe because I wanted to make it for our family Easter gathering. I was floored when I realized how easy the recipe truly is AND that it is listed on the back of the seasoning packet! It’s so good, I just assumed it was some secret family recipe that I would have to bring to the grave with me.

I’m usually a little bit skeptical of recipes that are found on the back of packaging, but this one does not disappoint! It is one of the easiest recipes to make, takes less than 10 minutes, and is so flavorful!
