This recipe creates individual cup desserts for a quick and easy grab and go party desert, but you can absolutely make one large trifle in a large bowl. They look elegant and are one of the easiest desserts to throw together!

Mint Oreo Trifle Cups Ingredients

• Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
• Milk
• OREO’s
• Crushed Andes Mints
• Green Food Coloring
• Cool Whip
• Mint Extract (optional)

How to Make Mint Chocolate Trifle Cups

• Start by making the pudding according to the package instructions. You can put it in the fridge for about 15 minutes so it thickens up.
• Mix together the Cool Whip, mint extract, and green food coloring until you get the desired color
• Crush up the Oreos and addi them to the bottom of your cups
• Top with pudding
• Sprinkle in the Andes Mints
• Top with the green Cool whip

Substitutions

• If you don’t want the mint flavor to be over powering, leave out the mint extract and just use green Cool Whip
• If you want MORE mint flavor, use the Mint OREO’s as the bottom layer
• If you are on a time crunch, you can totally use pre-made pudding from the store (even the Jello pudding cups would work)
