One Pot Cajun Sausage Pasta

It doesn’t get much better than a quick and easy one-pot meal. This One Pot Cajun Sausage Pasta is creamy, cheesy, and so full of flavor!

I absolutely love using my enameled cast iron dutch ovens for these one pot recipes. Any 5-6 quart dutch oven, stock pot, or large pot will work fine for this recipe. You do want something that is deep since you will be boiling a box of noodles, so I don’t recommend using a frying pan (even if it has sides).

If you don’t have an enameled cast iron dutch oven, I highly recommend getting one! We use these things for anything and everything we can when cooking! They’re so versatile and so easy to clean! Great for sauces, soups, pasta dishes, deep frying, and so much more! Amazon link below!
