The cheesy flavor mixed with the salty sausage and flavorful Rotel pair perfectly with tortilla chips. I bring this sausage cream cheese dip to just about every potluck, game day party, and get together I go to and almost always get asked for the recipe. I still get random texts from friends and coworkers from years ago who want to make it!
I typically use a slow cooker or Crock Pot for this recipe because I can throw it in and forget it until ready to eat, but you can absolutely make this in a skillet or in the oven! After browning the sausage, add the remaining ingredients (cream cheese & Rotel) into the skillet or oven safe dish and heat until you are able to mix.
