These warm and gooey Crack Chicken Sliders remind me of the creamy shredded chicken sandwiches my mom used to make when I was young. I used to love coming inside after an evening of playing outside with my friends to find out we were having these sandwiches for dinner!

How to Make Crack Chicken Sliders:

I always make this recipe in the Crock Pot (it’s just easier to set it and forget it). You will add your chicken breast, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours. Once the chicken is cooked (reached an internal temperature of 165F), shred the chicken and mix well with cream cheese & seasonings. Once the chicken is shredded, add your shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes until everything is melted together. It should turn into a thick and creamy shredded chicken mixture.
