I had seen this smoked cream cheese all over social media and KNEW I had to give it a try. In the summer, my family spends a lot of time outside and we LOVE making things on the grill, Blackstone, and our newest addition.. the Recteq Wood Pellet Smoker Grill. This post not sponsored whatsoever, but we are OBSESSED with this thing and honestly are smoking anything and everything we can at this point!

Ingredients

These seasonings made a mouth watering combination of sweet from the honey rub and spicy from the heffer dust and it was AMAZING. You can however use absolutely any seasonings or bbq rubs you have on hand. There are TONS to choose from at your local grocery store that work just fine.

How to Make Smoked Cream Cheese

  1. Unwrap a block of cream cheese
  2. Coat generously with your favorite bbq rub or seasonings
  3. Add cream cheese to an aluminum tray or onto a sturdy sheet of aluminum foil
  4. Add to smoker and cook at 220 degrees for 1 1/2 – 2 hours
  5. Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
