Teriyaki Salmon Bowl
This teriyaki salmon bowl is so easy to make and unbelievably flavorful! The crispy yet flaky salmon bites are coated in a delicious teriyaki glaze and served over rice with your favorite toppings.
I am a sucker for any meal I can eat out of a bowl! Taco bowls, burrito bowls, poke bowls, you name it! There is just something about throwing a variety of flavorful ingredients together to create the perfect meal. You can also switch it up with new sauces or toppings each time to keep things exciting. I kept it pretty simple for this recipe, but am excited to continue to post new and exciting bowl recipes!

Add rice to a bowl and set aside.
Cut salmon filets into 1 inch pieces
In another small bowl, mix together honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha (this is the teriyaki sauce). Set aside.
Heat a medium or large skillet to medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and cubed salmon. Cook each side for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Pour in the teriyaki sauce, increase the heat to high and stir lightly to coat the salmon in sauce. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add salmon and toppings of choice to the bowl of rice and enjoy!
