Teriyaki Salmon Bowl Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook the white or brown rice according to the bag instructions. In a separate bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, brown sugar, and salt. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the rice vinegar mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  2. Add rice to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Cut salmon filets into 1 inch pieces
  4. In another small bowl, mix together honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha (this is the teriyaki sauce). Set aside.
  5. Heat a medium or large skillet to medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and cubed salmon. Cook each side for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  6. Pour in the teriyaki sauce, increase the heat to high and stir lightly to coat the salmon in sauce. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
