I have a (not so great) habit of needing something sweet after dinner, and this has been life changing. It’s seriously so good, you will never even know that it is low sugar or completely sugar free (depending on the Cool Whip and pudding mix you use.
Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix – any instant chocolate pudding mix will work (it MUST be instant). I really like to use the SUGAR FREE chocolate fudge flavor (YUM)!
Cool Whip – I personally prefer the low fat or zero sugar to save on a few calories, but any Cool Whip would work.
Toppings (optional) – Sprinkles, Strawberries, Chocolate Chips, crushed OREOS, marshmallows
I typically add the chocolate mousse back into the Cool Whip container (although any air tight container would be fine). This recipe can be stored in the fridge for up to 6 days or in the freezer (yes, you can eat it like ice cream) for 8 days!
